Job requirements:
1. Two years or more of sales experience in any industry, with priority given to experience in the security/RFID/IoT/communication industry;
2. Outgoing personality, quick response, strong expression ability, strong communication skills and interpersonal skills, and affinity;
3. Possess certain market analysis and judgment abilities, and good customer service awareness;
4. Strong execution ability, responsible, hardworking, and able to withstand significant work pressure.
Job requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Power Electronics or related fields, with more than 10 years of experience in LED power supply product development, with DALI/D4i LED power supply product development experience, and a better technical foundation in MCU digital platform development; 2. Familiar with the development trend of high-power LED driver power supply products, proficient in product related standards, in-depth understanding of various power supply architectures, and rich experience in EMC and safety regulations. 3. Able to independently make technical solution decisions, with excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate the definition of products and the selection of electrical topology; 4. Strong cost awareness and problem-solving skills, as well as continuous innovation ability, with a keen insight into new technologies and devices. 5. Proactive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, excellent planning and organization.
Job responsibilities: 1. Lead the development and design of new technologies and platforms for high-power LED power supply products based on market demand, responsible for product architecture construction, and maintaining product competitiveness. 2. Design a pre research project plan, evaluate risks and difficulties, and analyze and improve existing technical difficulties. 3. Control the project progress according to the pre research project plan and output the pre research results on time. 4. Responsible for the formulation of LED power supply design specifications, sorting out the development process, reviewing the development process, guiding the design, verification, trial production, testing, and other work of the developed products. 5. Conduct LED power supply product hardware design according to product technical requirements, lead the team to tackle technical difficulties, and ensure timely delivery of the products.
Responsibilities: After sales service and market support for intelligent lifting devices, solving problems encountered by customers during use - On site installation and debugging of equipment to ensure meeting usage needs - Assembly and debugging of folding arm crane products - Training agents in maintenance service skills - Related work arranged by other companies
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Design and related majors - More than 3 years of after-sales service work experience - Fluent in English, able to read English technical materials, and able to communicate with the European headquarters orally - Willing to accept challenges and undertake various technical tasks arranged by the company - Teamwork spirit, able to effectively cooperate with other colleagues in the company - Strong independent work ability without excessive supervision and management - Good communication skills
